From where do you operate?

We operate out of Richmond, VA.  

Where do you ship?

We ship everywhere in the United States.

Do you have a store front?

No store front, we are a Online Plus Size Boutique.

How do I cancel an order?

Once your order has been placed you can send an email within 8hrs. of your order to support@curveocitypsc.com with your order number. 

When are orders processed?

Orders are processed Monday-Friday.  All orders received by 3pm will be mailed on that day.  Orders received after 3pm will mailed the next morning. We do not ship on Saturday or Sunday.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Once mailed you will receive tracking information via email.  Delivery normally takes 2-4 days.
